Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Your payment card may be pre-authorised at the time of purchase, but you will not be charged until we have confirmed that your item is available for dispatch.

We then verify stock availability with our supplier. If your item is in stock, payment will be processed and your order prepared for dispatch. If there is an unexpected delay or the item is temporarily unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation where applicable and contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Delivery

Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, usually within 24 hours. If you have not received your tracking details within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@officejunkie.co.uk, and our team will be happy to assist.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery before signing for or accepting the goods.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@officejunkie.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. This enables us to investigate promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Where possible, we recommend refusing delivery if the packaging or product appears significantly damaged.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase can usually be cancelled without charge, provided they have not already been processed for dispatch.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours, or once they have entered the fulfilment process, may be subject to administration, handling, or supplier cancellation charges.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you may be entitled to return your purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several working days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
